Can I order a variation or commission furniture?

Absolutely, we will work with you to create a hand worked exquisitely finished Studio Furniture piece to your specifications. Contact us to find out more about commissioning a variation on an existing piece or a new creation.

Can I order a custom, special or corporate gift?

Absolutely. Variations on many of the works in the Gallery can be made to suit your needs for personalised gifts, corporate and VIP presentations, conferences, trophies and awards. And we are also happy to work with to create something completely new. Contact us to find out more about commissioning a custom, special or corporate gift.

Who makes the work?

The Gallery represents over 200 Makers and Visual Artists that regularly supply the gallery with gifts, furniture and fine art. The Gallery also makes a range of giftware that is exclusive to the Gallery. See the work here >

Why are only some of the gifts, furniture and art at the gallery available for online sale?

We do our best to all of the Gallery to the website. However, many of our products are one of a kind or vary greatly too much in timber, price or dimension to suit online sales. 

What type of payments do you accept?

We use PayPal to process payments online, you do not even need to be a member of PayPal. The credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
We do not accept personal cheques or money orders.

Do you accept international orders?

Currently we do not accept orders from outside Australia in our online Gift Shop. However, we are happy to organise international orders via email and phone. Email us at or call +61 2 6238 1682 during business hours (UTC/GMT +10 hours).

My order arrived but the item looks different than the one pictured?

All timber species vary greatly in colour and features (grain, sapwood, knots) making every piece of wood craft unique. Visit the Timber Swatches page to see indicative samples of timber species.

How long will it take to get my order?

We take up to 3 business days to process orders. Orders will be shipped out via Australia Post. Delivery on an order using Regular Parcel Post usually takes 2-4 days. Delivery on an order using Express Parcel Post usually takes 1-2 days.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We only accept returns and exchanges 30 days from date of delivery. You must e-mail us at or call +61 2 6238 1682 before returning or exchanging an item. You will receive an e-mail back from us with return or exchange instructions. On returned items you will only be credited the amount of the merchandise, you will not be credited for shipping costs.
